Cancellation policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require a 48-hour advance notice. We have implemented this cancellation policy out of respect for your Service Provider’s time, in the interest of protecting our Team’s income potential, and to uphold a level of professionalism in our day-to-day operations and to better serve you if you are on a service wait list.

Late to your reservation

We give a 10 minute grace period; however If you’re going to be late to your reservation time please give us a call. If you are 15 minutes (or more) late to your reservation, you may be asked to reschedule.

**Our service providers do have the right to take a walk in reservation if you do not arrive at your reserved time.

Illness

If you aren't feeling well, please call to reschedule your reservation, in order to reduce the spread of illness.

Children & Pets

Welcome to be our guest, we do encourage our guests to come alone to their appointment and not bring their children with them. Service pets only, must have documentation with you at all times per our state board regulations.

We except all major credit cards.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.

Cash, Check, Chamber Bucks, and Blondell's Gift Cards

Gift Cards

Can be purchased in store or online. Please treat Gift Cards like they are CASH, if lost we cannot guarantee our ability to look them up in our system. They are required to be present to be applied to your total bill.
