Cancellation policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require a 48-hour advance notice. An additional 24-hour grace period may be granted under extenuating circumstances. We have implemented this cancellation policy out of respect for your Service Provider’s time, in the interest of protecting our Team’s income potential, and to uphold a level of professionalism in our day-to-day operations and to better serve you if you are on a service wait list.

Late to your reservation

We give a 10 minute grace period; however If you’re going to be late to your reservation time please give us a call. if you will be more than 15 minutes late to your reservation you may be asked to reschedule.

COVID-19

If you are having any symptoms or feeling ill please call to reschedule your reservation.

Children & PeTS

Welcome to be our guest, we do encourage our guests to come alone to their appointment and not bring their children with them. Service pets only, must have documentation with you at all times per our state board regulations.
